1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Disrupt Kids application or visiting this website (collectively, the "Service"), you and your parent or guardian agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are under 13, your parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use Disrupt Kids

Disrupt Kids is designed for players under 18 years of age. Users under 13 must have verifiable parental consent before creating an account or making any purchase. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the Service and for all purchases made on their child's account.

3. Gems & Virtual Currency

Disrupt Kids uses "Gems" as its in-app virtual currency. Gems:

• Have no real-money value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any real-world prize
• Are used solely to enter skill-based matches and tournaments within the app
• Are non-transferable between accounts
• May be forfeited if an account is suspended for violations of these Terms
• Are not considered gambling — matches are determined purely by player skill

Disrupt Kids is a skill-based gaming platform, not a gambling platform. No real money is won or lost in gameplay.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Gem packs and the Disrupt Kids+ subscription may be purchased through the App Store or on this website. All purchases:

• Require parental or guardian authorization for users under 13
• Are processed securely via Stripe
• Are subject to our refund policy (unused gems refundable within 14 days)
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime

Web purchases offer a 25% discount vs. in-app prices, as we do not pay App Store commission on direct purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools (bots) during gameplay
• Harass, threaten, or use offensive language toward other players
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or matchmaking
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service

Violations may result in gem forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, games, artwork, and code within Disrupt Kids are the property of Disrupt Labs, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Disrupt Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of gems due to account suspension for violations of these Terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
